I can’t believe it is already back to school time! It came up quickly this year since our summer was shortened to adjust our school year in our district. So ready or not, here we go! This year is not as big of a transition year for us as last year was. 10th and 7th grade mean we are in our second year of high school and junior high and hopefully are getting a handle on both but I have[Read more]

Shortly thereafter, I saw an ad for another pop-up museum in the LA area called Candytopia. Knowing both my daughter and[Read more]
Change Can Be Hard
If each one of us looked back on all of the life changing moments in our lives, I bet that we would instantly remember the anxiety and angst that came with so many of those changes. As humans, we are creatures of habit for a reason. For the most part, we don’t like change! Change can be scary and brings with it the fear of the unknown. Now, going back to those memories, I bet you can also conjure up[Read more]
